A native Texan, Flo was born in San Antonio and grew up in a small family business where he learned early on the importance of client service. After graduating from Central Catholic High School, he went on to college and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University. He went on to receive his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Pan American. Florencio has served as an Officer in the United States Air Force and has over 1300 hours as a Navigator in the B-52 Bomber.
He has also served as an Air Liaison Officer to CENTCOM Forward at the U.S. Embassy in Jordan. Upon leaving active duty, Flo attended law school at the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He graduated from law school in 2017 and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2018. Since being admitted to the Texas Bar, he has practiced personal injury law, helping residents in Dallas and throughout Texas get the compensation they deserve after an accident. Flo also continues to serve as a Major as a proud member of the Missouri Air National Guard.
